Clane RFC

Terms of Service

Clane RFC Media (the Team Media Portal). Last updated 14 October 2026.

Who runs it

This service is run by Clane RFC, an amateur rugby club in Clane, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Contact: Tony Blake, club PRO, clanerugby@gmail.com.

Who can use it

The service is for Clane RFC coaches, volunteers and administrators. Access needs a PIN from the club. Please don't share your PIN.

What you can upload

• Only photos, videos and match summaries from Clane RFC teams that you took yourself or have permission to share.
• Only images of players whose parents or guardians have given consent under the club's photography policy.
• Nothing offensive, nothing that breaks the law, and nothing that identifies a player who should not be shown.

By uploading, you allow Clane RFC to store the material, keep it in the club's archive, and use it on the club's website and social media accounts.

What the club does with it

A club administrator reviews every upload. The club decides what is published and may edit, decline or remove anything. Approved videos can be sent to the club's own TikTok account as drafts. The club finishes and publishes them in the TikTok app; the service never posts to TikTok publicly by itself. How the club handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The service itself

The service is run by volunteers and provided as it is. We try to keep it working but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop it at any time.

Third-party services

Posting to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is also covered by those platforms' own terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top.
